Q + A

What is the deadline for my RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than April 25, 2026.

What should I wear?

We are asking our guests to wear cocktail attire.

Can I bring my child?

Though we love your children and enjoy their company, we are keeping the wedding and reception to adults only to allow for parents to kick back for a fun night out.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to size limits at our venue, plus ones are provided on an invite-only basis. Please see your invitation for more information.

Where is the venue located?

The Wintergarden at PPG is located at 1 PPG Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15222

Where should I park?

Guests who are not staying in one of the nearby hotels can park at the PPG Place Parking Garage located at 214 Third Avenue for $10. In the event that increased rates are in effect, the garage will provide a code for wedding guests to secure the $10 rate.

I’m staying at a different hotel than the room block. What’s the best way to get to the venue?

If you are staying anywhere in downtown Pittsburgh, the T is our light rail system that you can use within city limits for free (with the exception of Station Square). You will want to get off at the Gateway Center stop and then it is a short walk to the venue. Lyft and Uber are additional convenient options.

Will you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! When you RSVP, please provide information regarding your allergy or restriction so that we can pass it along to the chef for your meal.

What kind of food and drinks will be available during the cocktail hour?

Light hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie, and an open bar with liquor, beer, and wine will be available. The open bar will remain available throughout the reception (except during dinner).

Will you have a cookie table?

Of course! It wouldn’t be a Pittsburgh wedding without a cookie table! Though we do not expect you to do so, if you are interested in baking cookies for the table, please reach out to the mother of the bride to join the Cookie Crew!

Wait…a cookie table? I was not blessed by the gods to be born in Pittsburgh and have never heard of this. Please explain!

A cookie table is a Pittsburgh wedding tradition! Check out this New York Times article for a great explanation: https://www.nytimes.com/2009/12/16/dining/16cookies.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare
